Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a night shift nursing position in a local healthcare setting. This role is ideal for nursing professionals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to providing high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients during the night shift.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes accurately.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical staff.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid nursing license (RN or LPN) in the state of practice.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work scheduled night shifts.
