About the Job

CareOff is hiring Care Companions to provide emotional, physical, and daily support for elders and children. You must be groomed, respectful, and able to speak English, Hindi & Telugu.

Work Responsibilities Companionship Responsibilities

• Talk, listen, and emotionally support the client

• Engage in light activities (reading, conversation, walking)

Elder Care Responsibilities

• Grooming & dressing help

• Toileting assistance

• Mobility/wheelchair support

• Medication reminders

• Meal support

• Maintain hygiene and safety

Child Care Responsibilities

• Play, reading, learning activities

• Safety supervision

• Follow routine schedule

General Responsibilities

• Follow family instructions

• Keep environment clean

• Limited mobile usage

• Report emergencies immediately

Professional Behavior

• Neat grooming

• Respectful and polite communication

• Maintain privacy

• No gossiping or arguing

• Punctual and disciplined

Eligibility

• Age 18–30

• Male/Female

• Must speak English, Hindi & Telugu

• Training provided
