Job Location:Bend, OR 97701Shift: DaysDaily Caseload per Dept: 15Years of Experience REQ: 1Charting: Any electronicFirst-Timers Accepted: YesWeekend REQ: 1 call weekend every 3-5 weeksOn-call REQ: 2HR CALL BACK MIN. 8 call days within a 4-week period, 1 call weekend every 3-5 weeks Friday-Monday. 24hrs on-call Saturday and Sunday.Will the clinician float within scope to meet facility needs?: within cath lab unitFloating Req to Sister Facilities: NoOpen to accommodating block schedule?: Attempts will be made to schedule as consistently as possible.Locals Accepted: No Within 75 miles of this facilityPending State License Accepted: PendingRTO Restrictions: 7 daysGuaranteed Hours: # per week? 40 hoursSpecial Requirements: ARRTTop 10 Procedures/Scans: Structural heart - TAVR, Mitraclip, Watchman (covered by in-house cath lab team), IR , NeuroVascular, Cardiac, EPHourly Breakdown Total Hourly Pay Rate: $100.15 Per Hour On W2(Taxable): $20.00 Per Hour Stipend(Non-Taxable): $80.15 Per Hour Weekly Breakdown: Weekly Gross: $4,006.00 Per Week On W2(Taxable): $800.00 Per Week Stipend(Non-Taxable): $3,206.00 Per Week Most Common Equipment: Philips imaging systems, Philips Xper hemo system, Philips IVUS/IFR/FFR, Boston IVUS IFR/FFR, OCT, Roto, Penumbra, Angiojet, Jetstream, EKOS, Shockwave
