LPN/LVN - Medical-Surgical (MS)

Join our team as a skilled LPN/LVN in the Medical-Surgical (MS) unit. In this role, you will provide essential care to patients recovering from surgeries or managing acute medical conditions, working closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
• Document patient observations and report changes in condition to the supervising RN or physician.
• Perform wound care, including dressing changes and monitoring for signs of infection.
• Support patients in managing pain and recovery by providing emotional support and education on post-discharge care.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement individualized patient care plans.

Work Environment:

• The role is based in hospitals or medical-surgical units where LPNs/LVNs assist patients with diverse medical needs.
• This position requires physical stamina and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
