About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care team in Oregon. This is a full-time position in a well-supported, patient-focused outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality primary care to patients across the lifespan (Family NP) or adult/geriatric populations (Adult NP)
- Conduct exams, order labs/imaging, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated care
- Emphasize preventive care and patient education
Schedule Setting:
- Full-time, outpatient role
- Monday-Friday, no weekends or call
- Collaborative, team-based environment

Requirements:
- Licensed or eligible for Nurse Practitioner licensure in Oregon
- Certified as Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP-C)
