The Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) position allows mental health practitioners to launch or grow their private practice with support from Headway, a company dedicated to improving access and affordability in mental healthcare. Counselors can conduct therapy sessions, oversee medication management, and will benefit from marketing support, patient referrals, and hassle-free insurance administration. This remote role offers flexible hours, enabling counselors to see clients in-person or via telehealth while maintaining control over their schedules.

We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:
- LPC
- LPCC
- LCPC
- LCPCS
- LPCC-S
