Job Details:
Were seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a split-location role-working three days/week in Quincy, CA and two days/week in Greenville, CA. This position involves care across acute, swing bed/skilled nursing, and outpatient settings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy
- Active California PT license
- Current AHA BLS Certification
- Passed the NPTE
- At least 1 year of experience in acute, SNF, or outpatient care
- Must be comfortable commuting between two facilities
Skills Abilities:
- Strong communication and patient rapport skills
- Proficient with computers and EMRs
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple patient types
- Timely and professional documentation and follow-through
