Job Location:Valdez, AK 99686CANDIDATES MUST AK RN LICENSE IN HAND OR HAVE ALREADY APPLIED FOR THE LICENSEStart Date: ASAPShift: 4x12s or 3x12s VariableRatios: N/aYears of Experience: 1First Timers Accepted: YesCerts REQ: BLSSkills REQ: LTC ExperienceIs on-call REQ: NoWill the clinician float within scope to meet facility needs?: YesOpen to accommodating a block schedule?: NoLocals Accepted: No - Candidates perm address must be at least 50 miles from facilityIf candidates have worked as Permanent Staff for any Providence facility they must be separated for at least 3 months prior to working as a traveler.Pending License Accepted: No - candidates must have license in hand or applied for licenseRTO Restrictions: Time off approved on an individual basis upon offerGuaranteed Hours: 60 Hours per 2 weeks - Traveler can be called off for 1, 12-hour shift per 2 weeksHourly Breakdown Total Hourly Pay Rate: $65.06 Per Hour On W2(Taxable): $20.00 Per Hour Stipend(Non-Taxable): $45.06 Per Hour Weekly Breakdown: Weekly Gross: $3,123.00 Per Week On W2(Taxable): $960.00 Per Week Stipend(Non-Taxable): $2,163.00 Per Week
