Get to Know Your Team:
- Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center is a 128-bed, full-service, acute-care community hospital with a new emergency department, a state-of-the-art maternity center, a womens imaging center, and an ICU.
- Provide services that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering from injuries or disease
- Restore, maintain, and promote overall fitness and health.
- Examine patients medical histories and then test and measure the patients strength, range of motion, balance and coordination, posture, muscle performance, respiration, and motor function
- Develop appropriate treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- 1 years experience required (this requirement will be waived with a strong recommendation from an acute care or outpatient clinical affiliation)
- Current valid NJ State Physical Therapy license
- Maintain American Heart Association Basic Life Support HCP Certification
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Masters degree or PhD in Physical Therapy
- 2 years' experience
- Experience with electronic health records
Pay Range Minimum: $43.17/Hr.
Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
