Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Pikeville, Kentucky.
Job Description Requirements
- Specialty: Cardiac PCU - Progressive Care Unit

- 48 hours per week
- Shift: 12 hours, days, nights
- Employment Type: Travel
Shift Requirements: 12 HR Days or Nights - no blocked schedule requests
. Float Requirements: Cardiac Progressive Care/Telemetry areas will float throughout those in-patient areas. May be tasked as an aide if assistance needed.
. On Call/Call Back Requirements: N/A
. Weekend/Holiday Requirements: every other
. Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: KY/Compact RN License. AHA BLS AHA ACLS required. NIHSS required.
EKG test required for all RNs, to be completed during the compliance process.
. Minimum Experience: 2 years of experience. Must have Level I or II Trauma Experience.
. Charting Experience Required: EPIC
. Required Skillset: Tele strip interpretation is a MUST. Depending on acuity of patients also need to be able to initiate and titrate cardiac drips. Care for post cath (femoral and radial) patients, CP and MI patients.
. Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 1:5 ratio
