Qualifications
. Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN license
. TB skin test -2 step (current within last 12 months)
. Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience
. Must have reliable transportation
. Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures
. Continuing Education as required by state
