• Up to $225,568 guaranteed annual Salary
• $50,000 Signing-bonus
• Up to 6% employer-match on your retirement contribution
• 25 Days PTO in year 1, jumps to 30 days PTO year 2 + Holidays
• Qualified FQHC site - Up to $50,000 in Federal school loan assistance for 2 years of service
