The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides remote therapy sessions and oversees medication management for patients while operating a private practice. They benefit from support in insurance credentialing, billing, and marketing to grow their client base with flexible scheduling. Ideal candidates are fully licensed at a Masters level or above, equipped with necessary credentials and malpractice insurance.

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and its up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home.
We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:
- LMHC / LPCMH / LIMHP
- LMFT / LMFTS / LCMFT
- LPC / LPCC / LCPC / LCPCS / LPCC-S
- LCSW / LICSW / LCSCW
