Referral Bonus:
SonderMind values the contributions of our therapists and encourages you to refer qualified colleagues to join our network. For each qualified therapist you refer to SonderMind, who completes the onboarding process and begins serving clients, you will receive a referral bonus of $500.
Requirements:
- Masters degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Must be fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LP).
Pay: $74-$110 per hour. Pay rates are based on the provider license type and session types.
