- We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) team. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced nurses and new graduates who are eager to provide high-quality care in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities - Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
- Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and communicate effectively with families and staff.
- Ensure compliance with infection control standards and safety protocols
