GQR Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Gilbertsville, Pennsylvania.

Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse . Days
Join our team in Gilbertsville, PA, for a 13 . week contract as a Home Health RN. Work 40 hours a week providing in . home patient care.
Responsibilities:
. Deliver quality nursing care in home settings.
. Document using Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and OASIS, completing records daily.
. Manage 20 . 25 cases weekly, achieving 26 . 28 productivity points.
. Attend weekly in . person office meetings.
. Be flexible to float and meet weekend requirements.
Qualifications:
. Valid PA or compact RN License.
. BLS certification.
. 2+ years of home health experience with HCHB/OASIS proficiency.
. Experience with Oasis E documentation post . January 2023.
Details:
. No on . call or overtime.
. Mileage reimbursed at $0.70/mile.
. Flexible scrub color.
. 2 . 3 days of orientation.
