Intensive Care Unit (ICU) RN - Travel Contract Summaryeth;#159;#141; Location:Must live 50+ miles awayCannot be currently employed (FT, PT, PRN) at CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity Health facilitieseth;#159;#149;#146; Shift Scheduling:Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts)Schedule: Created by unit director (no self-scheduling)Weekend Holiday Requirements: Must work as needed based on facility needsOrientation: 3 x 12-hour unit-specific shiftsFloating: To Med/Surg or ER (1:1) as neededScrub Color: Navyeth;#159;#155;#143;iuml;cedil;#143; Unit Details:Beds: 4-bed ICUNurse:Patient Ratio: 1:2-3 depending on acuityCharge Nurse: No dedicated charge; ER oversees ICUSupport Staff:No aides or PCTsNo monitor techs - RNs must interpret their own stripsCommon Diagnoses:DKA, Sepsis, Respiratory FailureCardiac (rate rhythm management), Medical DetoxPatients with Art Lines and CVPs
