Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse to join our team for a Night Shift position. This role offers a 12-hour work schedule, with guaranteed hours to ensure stability in your work-life balance. As a Clinical Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and support within our healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a clinical setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement personalized patient care plans.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, recording changes and communicating effectively with the medical team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Educate patients and their families on health management strategies and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance nursing skills.

Qualifications:

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

- Night shift with 12-hour shifts. The position includes a contract duration of 92 weeks.
