BAYADA at BAYhealth is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time opportunity doing home health visit-based nursing care for adult and geriatric clients throughout Sussex County.

This is not private duty or shift work. As a visit nurse, youll see multiple clients each day in their homes, focusing on clinical excellence and efficient care-while enjoying flexibility and work/life balance.

What youll do:

• Visit clients in their homes to provide skilled nursing care (medication administration, wound care, treatments, etc.)

• Monitor client conditions and report changes to your Clinical Manager

• Execute and document care plans based on physician orders

• Educate clients and families on health management and safety

• Maintain accurate electronic records via tablet-based charting

What were looking for:

• An active LPN license in Delaware

• At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience (home health preferred, not required)

• Comfortable working independently and driving to client homes

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Reliable transportation
