Were currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) or School Psychologist effective September 1, (up to $65/hr) to support studentsin the Killeen, TX area for the 2025-2026 school year.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in psychology, required; two years experience providing psychology services in an educational setting, preferred
• Valid license as a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology granted by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists

Role Overview:
A School Psychologist assists students with academic, social, and emotional well-being and works with students and families to promote student success. The School Psychologist is a critical member of the IEP team and is relied upon to provide insight and guidance to the team regarding student academic and behavioral functioning.

Job Details:

Key Responsibilities:

• Administering diagnostic and curriculum-based assessments
• Using intelligence and academic performance testing to determine student diagnoses and recommendations for specialized services
• Observing students in various academic and social settings to gain insight and data into students overall functioning in school
• Providing consultative psychology services to parents and school staff as described in the IEP
