The Technical Residency Program is an apprenticeship program for junior technical analyst, developers, programmers and researchers. We are providing a learning opportunity for you to gain on-the-job training and experience in the field while building a strong colleague network within the organization. You will be assigned professional development sessions, a mentor, a project, and an opportunity to learn from industry leaders in the field of healthcare technology. Technical Resident apprenticeships are 6-months long with the opportunity to be considered for conversion to a full-time employee.

What youll do:

• Work alongside other team members and key partners on your assigned sponsored team
• Collaborate with an assigned mentor who will help you navigate the challenges associated with being an ITG employee
• Continually grow - professionally and personally through various learning and development opportunities

Requirements

• Able to accept an hourly rate of $18 per hour.
• Currently enrolled or recent graduate from a technical school or pursuing a Bachelors/Masters Degree
• Interest in technology
