Interim RN Director IR, Cath Lab, EP and CVAU. St. Josephs Health, a proud member of Trinity Health, is seeking an Interim Nurse Director to lead our Interventional Radiology (IR), Catheterization Lab (Cath Lab), Electrophysiology (EP), and Cardiovascular and Vascular Access Unit (CVAU).

This critical role provides strategic leadership, fosters interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensures the highest quality of patient care and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Masters in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Active RN license in the State of New York.
• Minimum 5 years of Director experience in IR, Cath Lab, EP, or CVAU.
  Strong financial acumen with experience managing large budgets and capital resources.
• Proven knowledge of hospital compliance standards, patient safety regulations, and interventional care best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
