GQR Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Palm Desert, California.

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Home Health (Day Shift)
Join our Home Health team as a Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract position, working 40 hours per week with a rotational 4th weekend.
Responsibilities:
. Deliver high-quality home-based patient care within a 20-25 mile radius.
. Use EMR systems, specifically HCHB/Oasis (training provided if needed).
. Follow safety and PPE guidelines.
Requirements:
. Valid CA RN License.
. 2 years of Home Health experience.
. BLS Certification.
. Oasis and HCHB experience preferred.
. Flexibility for on-call work.
