As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), you manage a private practice that provides psychotherapy and medication management, either in-person or via telehealth. The position offers the flexibility to set your own hours, while Headway assists with insurance credentialing, billing, and marketing to help grow your client base. This role emphasizes accessibility and affordability in mental healthcare, facilitating connections between clinicians and patients across the United States.
