Licensed Vocational Nurse -LVN

Pay Rate: $30-35/HR

LVNs needed for patients reliant on g-tubes, trach and vents in Encinitas and Carlsbad.

Normal LVN Rate: $30-35/HR

Case Rates vary

Specific Cases including an urgent need for a adult patient in Chula Vista, 2pm to 10am, rate range of $33-38/HR DOE

Qualifications
. Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered CA LVN license
. Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
. TB skin test -2 step (current within last 12 months)
. One year prior hands-on nursing experience
. Must have reliable transportation
. Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures
. Continuing Education as required by state
