Overview:

Become a Pediatric Registered Nurse with Hands of Hope
Do you value the time you spend with your patients? Is it important to you that your patients and their families know and feel that you are with them? We are looking for registered nurses to join our team who are committed to creating meaningful patient experiences.

As a pediatric registered nurse with Hands of Hope, our pediatric program, youll evaluate patients and create care plans, all while communicating with everyone involved - the patient, the patients family, and the care team. Youll serve as the driver of our care team to ensure every patient receives quality care.

And just like all of our team members, our pediatric RNs have access to Hands of Hope and Georgia Hospice Cares supportive leadership team and professional development opportunities with plenty of room for advancement.

Hands of Hope is Georgia Hospice Cares pediatric program that offers two home-based lines of service - palliative care and concurrent hospice care - for any child managing a life-limiting illness. Qualifications:

A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care

Education: Graduate of an accredited certificate, diploma, associate or baccalaureate school of nursing and a current state license as a registered nurse
Experience: 3 years of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting or home health environment and 1 year of pediatric experience required
Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively
