St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center is looking for registered nurses who will be responsible for:
assisting and directing nursing care
delegating appropriate nursing functions to paraprofessional staff
participating in the treatment planning process
ensuring that patients rights are supported
providing direct patient care
initiating patient care assessments
using Nursing Process to develop patient care plans
assisting with medication administration
ensuring appropriate documentation is completed per policy
following all nursing polices and procedures
acting as a member of the Treatment Team
Qualifications: NYS License for Registered Nurse
