Minimum Required Education: High School diploma or GED.
Required Licensure/Certification: PHAT (Pharmacy Technician) certification from State Board of Pharmacy. Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).
Minimum Experience: 2 years of pharmacy technician experience required. Preferred: 3-5 years experience.
