Job Description:

Currently, were hiring 1:1 school nurses to work directly with a student in a school located in West Seneca, New York.

Qualifications:

• New York LPN / LVN License
• American Heart Association BLS
• Minimum of 1 year of prior nursing experience in a school or pediatric setting

1:1 School Nurse Contract Details:

• $30.25 - $32.55 per hour
• 4-week contracts
• Schedule follows the school district calendar
• This is a one-to-one nurse position to provide medical care to a student throughout the school day based on the students medical diagnosis and care plan
• The nurse will be expected to follow medical care plans and medical orders IEP/504 plans, and provide effective and pertinent information to the special education team and student caregivers
• Nurse will be expected to complete daily documentation
• Contract is for the current school year
• LPN will be matched to student based on the nurses medical acuity experience
