The Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHT) position supports mental health professionals in launching and growing their private practices by providing tools for insurance credentialing, billing, and marketing. Therapists can set their own schedules and conduct sessions with clients either in-person or via telehealth. Headway aims to streamline the process of mental healthcare access and affordability while offering extensive support for clinicians and patients.

Wage: Between $90-$127 an hour
