Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team. This role requires Charge Nurse experience and a commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assume Charge Nurse duties, including shift leadership, resource coordination, and clinical decision-making.
- Provide evidence-based, patient-centered care across the emergency care continuum.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the Pinpoint Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Support and mentor nursing staff and promote a culture of teamwork and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Active Oregon RN license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in an Emergency Department setting.
- Previous Charge Nurse experience is required.
- Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC (must be active and in good standing).
