Core Medical-Perm is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist for a job in Loveland, Colorado.
Job Description Requirements
- Specialty: Physical Therapist
- Discipline: Therapy
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Ongoing
- 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8 hours
- Employment Type: Staff
Physical Therapist - Outpatient Home Health
REQUIRED
- Bachelors degree in physical therapy
- Completion of a physical therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association
- Active Physical Therapist license issued by state in which practicing.
- A minimum of one year experience working with the frail or elderly
PREFERRED
- 2+ years as a practicing PT
- Masters Degree (MSPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Bilingual a plus
