Occupational Therapist - Outpatient - (OT)

Pay Rate: $2034.69 - $2229.50
Required QualificationsMinimum Education: Bachelors degree from an accredited program in Occupational TherapyMinimum Experience: No minimum clinical experience required but is preferred. Licensing/Certification: Must be licensed in good standing in Alaska as an OT or have a good-standing license of Occupational Therapy in another state and awaiting licensure in Alaska. Must also hold a current certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). Current BLS.Equipment/Tools: ?Office equipment (i.e. computer, telephone, fax machine, copy machine)Hospital based: Standard Occupational Therapy Department environment includes hi-lo table, therapeutic exercise equipment, ultrasound and electric stimulation modalities, ADL training room (includes bathroom and kitchen).Village-based: Usually a treatment table is provided. Therapist brings out what is needed for patient care (theraband, exercise programs, etc.).
