AHS Staffing is seeking a School Psychologist (Certified) for a local contract job in Bolingbrook, Illinois.

Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Psychology
- PEL or Professional Educators license with the school psychology endorsement
Role Overview:
A School Psychologist assists students with academic, social, and emotional well-being and works with students and families to promote student success. The School Psychologist is a critical member of the IEP team and is relied upon to provide insight and guidance to the team regarding student academic and behavioral functioning.
Job Details:
- Assignment starts on August 14th and lasts until December 19th
- Daily hours are 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
- Caseload is split between two elementary schools
- In-person position
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering diagnostic and curriculum-based assessments
- Using intelligence and academic performance testing to determine student diagnoses and recommendations for specialized services
- Observing students in various academic and social settings to gain insight and data into students overall functioning in school
- Providing consultative psychology services to parents and school staff as described in the IEP
