The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides flexible remote mental health services, enabling clinicians to manage their practice efficiently through tools and resources provided by Headway. With the ability to accept insurance, conduct psychotherapy sessions, and oversee medication management, LCSWs can grow their caseloads while maintaining control over their schedules. Headway supports clinicians in ensuring access and affordability in mental healthcare for their patients, all at no cost to the practitioners.

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and its up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home.
We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:
- LCSW
- LICSW
- LCSCW
