Job Details:
- Unit: NICU
- Patient Ratio: 1:3 - MUST have prior experience managing 1:3 ratios
- Beds in Facility: 320
- Charting System: Meditech
- Scrubs: Royal Blue (RN)
Requirements:
- Experience:
- 2+ years NICU required (1.5+ years will be considered case-by-case - HARD STOP)
- First-time travelers accepted only with 4+ years Level 3 NICU experience
- Certifications:
- BLS (AHA) - Required
- NRP - Required
- Advanced NRP - Preferred
- License: Active CA RN license - Pending license NOT accepted
Additional Details:
- Floating: Yes - to Mother Baby Unit
- On-Call: No
- Weekends: May be scheduled more than every other to meet unit needs
- RTO Policy: Must be included at time of submission
- Holiday RTO: Will be treated as preferences, not guaranteed
- Block Scheduling: At managers discretion
- Local Radius: 50 miles - reach out for local rate
- Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off once per 2-week pay period
- Parking: Free
