LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Kansas City, Missouri.

Job Description Requirements

• Specialty: Labor and Delivery

• Shift: 12 hours, nights
• Employment Type: Travel

Licensure Certifications Required:

• Active RN license (Compact or Missouri license in hand at submission)
• BLS
• FHM
• NRP
• AWHONN Advanced/Intermediate (Preferred)

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum: 3 years of experience in Labor Delivery
• Recent Experience: Must have 1 year of in-specialty experience within the past 12 months
• No employment gap greater than 90 days in the last year
• Community hospital experience preferred
• First-time travelers: Not accepted

Scheduling Call Requirements:

• Weekend Rotation: 4-6 weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and 2 Fridays per 6-week schedule
• Holiday Requirements: 1 major holiday (Thanksgiving or Christmas) and 1-2 minor holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, or Labor Day)
• On-Call: Yes - 2 mandatory on-call shifts per 6-week schedule
• Locals: Not accepted (must reside 50+ miles from facility)

Floating Unit Expectations:

• Floating: Expected to float within LDRP unit (triage, antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and C-section circulation)
• Full couplet care required
