### Job Title: Cath Lab Technologist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technologist for an immediate 18-week assignment. This opportunity requires a dedicated professional to provide exceptional care in a busy setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cardiovascular/interventional procedures, moderate sedation, and a working knowledge of EPIC EMR.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in performing cardiovascular catheterization procedures, including diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout procedures by providing moderate sedation as needed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Prepare and maintain equipment necessary for Cath Lab procedures.
- Adhere to protocols for on-call rotations, typically a week at a time, which includes evening and weekend responsibilities.
- Document patient information accurately using the EPIC electronic medical record system.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab setting.
- Current certifications in BLS and ACLS; RCIS or ARRT certification preferred.
- Proficiency in the EPIC EMR system is required.
- Must hold a valid North Carolina license or a multistate license.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure.

Schedule:
- Day shift schedule (5x8 hours), Monday to Friday, from 07:30 AM to 05:30 PM.
- Minimal call obligations typically amounting to 1-2 times per week.

Local Rules:
- Candidates must reside at least 40 miles from the facility to be considered for this position.
- A drivers license must be provided for address verification prior to acceptance of any offer.
