Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic Emergency Department team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. This position requires at least 2 years of experience and a strong background in emergency services, with a focus on critical care thinking and patient experience.

• Shift: 11A - 11P
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: Rotate every other weekend
• Number of Openings: 1
• Contract Weeks: 91

Unit Profile

The Emergency Department consists of:

• 32 beds
• Patient Ratios: 1 RN to 4-5 patients
• Critical Care Equipment
• EHR: Cerner

Required Certifications

• ACLS
• PALS or ENPC
• NIHSS

Qualifications

• Education: RN with a minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency services
• Must Have Skills:
  • Strong patient experience skills with patients and families
  • Critical care thinking
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred Experience:
  • Experience with strokes, STEMIs, and trauma cases
