Job Title: Registered Nurse - Surgical Focus

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Location: Marion, NC

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with an extensive surgical background to join our team. This role is key in providing exceptional patient care in a variety of surgical settings, including general surgery, orthopedic procedures, endoscopic surgeries, and cesarean sections.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in a surgical environment.
- Assist in surgical procedures and ensure a sterile field.
- Monitor patient vitals and post-operative recovery.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in on-call rotations, which include one weekend per month (Saturday and Sunday).

Qualifications:
- Active RN license.
- Extensive experience in surgical nursing, preferably in general surgery, orthopedics, endoscopy, and obstetrics.
- Charge nurse experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
