COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Up to $90,265 Annual Salary
- $5,000 Relocation assistance
- Up to $15,000 signing bonus
- Qualify for NHSC Student loan forgiveness - $50K for 2 year commitment!
- $3,000 annual CME allowance
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Integrated healthcare model - FQHC
- Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, Optional Over-time hours available
- Collaborative Environment - working with Primary Care to find the best solution and treatment plan that addresses all areas
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Bilingual / Spanish-speaking candidates welcome (not mandatory)
- New graduate LCSWs, LPCs, and LMSWs, all encouraged to apply
COMMUNITY Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Southeast Idaho - 2 hours to Boise, Idaho
- 3 hours to World Class Skiing in Jackson Hole, WY and Salt Lake City, UT
- Easy weekend adventure to Yellow Stone National Park - 3.5 hrs drive
- Mid-sized community with population 70,000 and amenities of a larger town.
