Years of Experience Required: 2 yearsPatient Age Groups: Adolescents, Adults, GeriatricsCertifications Required:o ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)o BLS (Basic Life Support)o Ohio State LicenseSkills Required:o Experience in Adult ICU, Adult Outpatient, and Pediatric Acute Careo Proficiency in Abdominal, Female Pelvis, Male Pelvis, Chest, Brain, Face/Soft Tissue Neck, Hip/Bony Pelvis, Knee, and Shoulder imagingo Familiarity with PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) and Siemens equipmentSpecial Imaging Procedures:o Fusion (non-brain)o Gradient Echo Imagingo Image post-processing (e.g., Apparent diffusion coefficient mapping, subtraction)o Maximum intensity projection (MIP)o Multiplanar reconstruction (MRP)o Perfusiono Spectroscopyo Spin Echo Imageso Surface Coilso T-1 Weighted Imageso T-2 Weighted ImagesSpine Imaging: Cervical, Lumbar, Thoracic
Required Qualifications
Requirements:
. 2+ years of experience as an MRI Technician
. ARRT certification
. Experience in outpatient, ER, and trauma settings
. Proficient in IV starts, EKGs, and contrast administration
. Strong communication skills
. Flu vaccination required
