The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of quality patient care on the assigned hospital unit. The quality of care given will be in keeping with the philosophy, mission and values of the hospital and the Department of Nursing and will maintain and support the standards of nursing care and practice in order to meet the health care needs of patients, their families, and the community.

The Registered Nurse, in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team, coordinates the plan of care for assigned patients. The Staff RN participates in the performance improvement initiatives as directed.

What qualifications you will need:

• ACLS, BCLS, PALS must be obtained within 60 days of employments
• STABLE must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse - clear and active FL or compact state license required
• ASN/BSN required
• Prior Womens Services experience preferred.
