The Licensed Psychiatrist (Virtual) position allows mental health professionals to conduct psychotherapy and medication management remotely, supporting the access and affordability of mental healthcare. Headway helps psychiatrists launch and grow their private practices with insurance credentialing, marketing support, and streamlined administrative processes. With the flexibility to set their own schedules, psychiatrists can see patients in-person or via telehealth, all while benefiting from a supportive community.

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and its up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home.
We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:

- A valid NPI number
- Malpractice insurance
- A DEA or CDS number
- CAQH
Please note, at this time, we are unable to service mental health professionals that are not fully licensed. Your application will be rejected until you obtain a valid license.
