As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with Headway, you will offer virtual psychotherapy services, manage client medication, and grow your practice with insurance support and marketing assistance. Ideal candidates are fully licensed at the Masters level with a valid NPI number and malpractice insurance, working to improve mental health access and affordability.

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and its up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home.
We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:
- LCSW
- LICSW
- LCSCW
