Your Role (Job Summary)

As a Registered Nurse, you will ensure the highest quality of patient care by serving as a clinical resource, providing direct care, and supporting patients and families. Youll collaborate across departments, assist physicians, and contribute to a positive and professional environment.

What You'll Do (Essential Functions)

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care
• Take appropriate interventions based on identified needs
• Provide direct patient care for adult and geriatric populations
• Demonstrate commitment to professional growth and continuous learning
• Serve as a resource and advocate for patients, families, and team members

Qualifications (Job Requirements)

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program - Required

Skills:

• Strong critical thinking and decisive judgment
• Ability to thrive in high-stress environments with minimal supervision

Certifications (must be obtained within required timeframes):

• Basic Life Support (BLS): within 30 days of hire
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS): within 1 year
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC): within 1 year
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS): within 1 year

Licenses:

• Current RN licensure by the West Virginia State Board of Nursing
