OT needed asapREQUIRED SKILLS: JOB SPECIFICATIONSInpatient Hospital Experience1. Education: California Occupational Therapy License or eligibility.2. Licensure: California Occupational Therapy license or eligibility.Current BLS/Healthcare Provider status as per American Heart Association standards.3. Experience: 3 Years in professionProvides Occupational Therapy interventions to patients per referral, including assessment, care, planning, educating patients and families regarding treatment plans, progress and prognosis, scheduling, recording treatment information, and issuing appropriate adaptive equipment. Should be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on his/her unit.

Licenses: OT-CA
Certifications: OTR-National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
