The Remote Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) position provides mental health clinicians the opportunity to manage their own practice with support from Headway. This role involves conducting psychotherapy and overseeing medication management, while enjoying the flexibility of setting ones own schedule. Headway facilitates access to care by handling insurance processes and providing marketing support, allowing counselors to focus on client care.

- Verifying client insurance benefits instantly and automatically, so that access to care is never delayed, and you can see your patients with confidence.
And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and its up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:
- LPC
- LPCC
- LCPC
- LCPCS
- LPCC-S
