Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and assisting patients with their daily living activities in a fast-paced environment. This role involves collaboration across various disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient support and education.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Implement and execute patient care plans, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and monitor patient conditions, effectively communicating any changes to the healthcare team, physicians, patients, and families.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as personal hygiene, nutrition, elimination, and mobility.
- Collaborate with different healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and addressing spiritual/psychosocial needs.
- Evaluate the educational needs of patients and families, providing tailored patient and family education that takes into account age, culture, and medical condition.
- Serve as an advocate for patients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

Qualifications:

- A current state RN license.
- A Bachelors degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS and PALS certifications mandatory within six months of hire.
- At least one year of nursing experience preferred.
- ASLS certification is a plus.

Position Requirements:

- Flexible to work 4 shifts of 10 hours each, averaging 5-15 cases per day.
- Must be able to travel and comply with distance requirements for consideration.
