HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a travel job in Lubbock, Texas.
Job Description Requirements

CONTRACT MUST CONTINUE INTO JAN. EARLIEST END DATE: JAN 3
18-26 Week Assignment
Travelers may request standard and/or holiday time off (only one of the three major holidays); however, approval is at the clients discretion
Are weekends required? Yes 10 and 11 hour shifts - 7 on 7 off
Are block schedules required? Yes
Special requirements: Position to fill is a 7 day on and 7 day off pharmacist position. Shift runs Wednesday thru Tuesday - every other weekend - Long week is 10 hour shifts w/ 30 minute unpaid lunch. Short week (Sunday thru Tuesday) is 11 hour shift w/ 30 minute unpaid lunch.
Certifications: Certs marked with are preferred
BCPS, IV, compounding, chemo/hazardous drug, BLS, PharmD, RPh
